60g oatmeal, 125 ml milk (almond, soy, normail dairy, vanilla), 125g yogurt, 1/2 mashed banana, sweetener if desired - all mixed in a bowl and set in the fridge overnight
1. Vanilla and raspberry oatmeal parfait
In one bowl, mix 30g oats with 60 ml milk, 60g yogurt, 1/2 mashed banana and vanilla extract. In another, mix the other 30g oats, 60 ml milk and 60g raspberry yogurt (mash raspberries and mix with plain yogurt). Layer in a jar or a glass and put it in the fridge overnight. Top with more berries and some kind of nut butter.
2. Chocolate mocha and vanilla overnight oats and peanut butter banana soft serve parfait
As in the first recipe, half the ingredients and add 1 tspoon of cocoa powder and coffee powder to one bowl and vanilla extract to the other. Add the mashed banana to the vanilla oats. Put both bowls into the fridge overnight. For the peanut butter banana soft serve, freeze one banana and in the morning blend it with 1 tbspoon of peanut butter, 1/2 a tspoon of cocoa powder and then layer it with the two oatmeals. Top with more banana slices
3. Orange carrot cake oatmeal parfait with mashed banana and grated apple
Use the basic recipe and add 1 normal sized grated carrot, a dash of cinnamon and a splash of orange juice. In a jar layer the oats with 1/2 a grated apple and 1/2 a mashed banana (oats, apple, oats, banana, oats). Put it into the fridge overnight and in the morning top with more apple, banana, crunchy granola and some kind of nut butter.
4. Coconut oatmeal with raspberries
Use coconut milk instead of normal milk and add 1 tbspoon of coconut shreds. In the morning, top with raspberries and/or other fruit, coconut butter and whatever you like.
5. Chocolate overnight oats, banana yogurt and berry yogurt parfait
Add 1 1/2 tspoon of dark cocoa powder to the oat mixture. Put it into the fridge overnight. In the morning take 2x 50g plain yogurt and add 1/2 mashed banana to one and a handfull of raspberries (mashed) to the other. Layer in a jar or in a glass and top with more banana and berries.
6. Cinnamon maple almond overnight oats with raisins (in an almost empty nut butter jar)
Use the basic recipe, add 1 - 2 tbspoon maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon. Layer it in a jar or in a glass with apple, a handfull (or less) raisins, banana and crushed almonds (or other nuts). In the morning, top with crunchy granola, more maple syrup, fresh fruit and more nuts.
7. Chocolate and plain overnight oats, raspberry banana soft serve and raspberries
As in the first recipe, half the ingredients and add 1 tspoon to one of the oats and the mashed banana to the other. Put both bowls into the fridge overnight and freeze one banana. In the morning, blend the banana with a handfull of frozen raspberries and layer the oatmeal mixtures and the banan rasberry soft serve in a glass. Top with more bananas and raspberries.
